    Guess the additional levels are out of steel ? Never seen parking garages built like that.

    In a situation like this, steel equates to a much faster construction time, creates less disruption on the existing day to day operations, and means a much faster turn around time.

    Ironicaly, the dowell garage is basically this type of structure (steel), only wrapped in cinder block and it's taking forever to build a second one...

    I have noticed they are putting some new stone on the corners. It looks like it will stick out more from the corners going to the top.

    Was down there this weekend, guess I didn't look up. Was hoping for better integration, but that's not terrible. And it was fast. Which is what was needed.
