Should we merge county and city governments in Oklahoma's large cities?

If Oklahoma City ever makes good on the threat to charge Valley Brook for fire services they will cease operations as a town. Strip club fines, DUI's and a couple of convienence stores will not pay the bill OCFD will charge.

As of three years ago OKC did finally start charging Valley Brook an annual fee for providing Fire and EMS services. Valley Brook pays OKC $16,000.00 a year for those services. Sounds to me like thats a pretty good deal. For Valley Brook, that is.
