Have they announced all the locations yet? Any in the west metro?

Nothing but a field of weeds at the NW 23rd and Penn location.

Same at 2nd and Kelly in Edmond.

There was a backhoe on site at 104th & May location when I was leaving town last Thursday.

You have to have a little paitence on these things nowadays. Its not just building material delays, it can also be painfully slow to get building permits from cities. They are just as bad on holding up projects because they are either understaffed, untrained staff, or simply slow in their work.

And difficult to find construction workers and harder yet to find staff to run these places.

Several restaurant openings have been delayed because they simply can't find the people to work there.

Yup, there's a family diner called Madison's on Western that appears to have been near-finished for over a year but has never opened with a "Now Hiring" sign over the front doors for months now.

The backhoe and perimeter fencing for the Salad'n'go looks like they're ready to go. Also looks like fresh survey stakes have gone up across the street at the new OU Health Urgent Care clinic, so possibly both of those projects are starting to move now.

Absolutely understand delays in construction but there is no excuse for letting theses sites become overgrown messes while waiting for construction to start.

Just passed the 23rd & Penn location. The weeds were cut down and there was a backhoe on site. Hopefully we’ll see dirt turning soon.

They were moving dirt this morning, with the building staked out.

Being such a small and simple structure, these all should go up pretty quickly.

Looks like the SW 104th location is in leveling and foundation prep mode. Their building looks like a modular prefab so the time it takes to have an operating restaurant shouldn't be long.

It'll be good to have that corner of 23rd and Penn activated again.

Dirt is moving at 164th and Western. Looks like they will follow a Scooter's model and get them up rather quickly due to the small footprint.

The one on May and SW 104th looks about this complete as well.

website shows the OKC locations open, with Edmond and Del City still to come. Great start, so wish they were up here (salad/veggies are so expensive, not easy to find).

went to the one on sw 104th & may this morning... my verdict is that their breakfast burritos are pretty tasty and reasonably priced.
