By way of their social media accounts, Fuzzy's has announced they will be opening August 10th.

Nice. On a side note the new Panera drive thru has made that whole parking lot a real cluster around lunchtime. If you park in the wrong area of the lot you can be stuck for while trying to get out.
how hard would it be to open up a new entrance on the southeast corner parking lot, other than cost? that'd be a straight shot into the panera drive in.
Rustic Cuff, a company from Tulsa, is expanding to the OKC Metro and will place their first store in this development.

Anyone heard about this? Read about it in the Oklahoman today!
Looks like Spring Creek Plaza will soon be known as The Shops at Spring Creek. And, they're expanding and adding a movie theater, junior anchor, and specialty grocery store.

Wow this is really cool.
Can't wait to see the first nimby's comments against it.
Wow I see a Craig's Steakhouse in the rendering. Excellent!
Will this be going close to Pelican Bay or further south facing 15th St.?
Another photo I forgot to add
Has anyone heard anything about this movie theatre? Is there anyone that's been signed to open in this location, or is the group just wanting to get a movie theatre in here similar to Chisholm Creek?
So they're turning this into a full blown lifestyle center? Any chance there will be some housing?
On the developer's site and in their marketing materials, they don't mention anything about a theater or any signed tenants.
I believe this is all purely conceptual at this point.
I believe NewsOk reported the boutique theater. Pete, do you see this possibly taking ground and if so when could it start construction? Best case scenario.
Here is what their website says:
"The Shops at Spring Creek is about to get even better. As the only open-air, regional lifestyle destination in the area, the addition of a specialty grocery store, a new boutique movie theatre, and an additional 200,000 square feet of new stores and restaurants"
Pretty sure the grocer will be Fresh Market.
As for the cinema, a good guess would be iPic. Glimcher has them in a couple of their lifestyle centers but I don't think there was enough room at their proposed project at NW 63rd & Grand.

Pete, or someone else who knows, is this the NE or NW corner of 15th and Bryant? There are shopping centers on both corners.
The area in red is owned by the new developers; the other buildings already exist and include Panera, Fuzzy's, etc.:
Geez that is quite an addition. Looks like will more than double the footprint.
Looks more like tripling the footprint. Very Cool.
Unkown to most people, there was a house behind the center. It was accessable from behind the buildings. I'm thinking it was an acreage that they owned and have now sold.
