It is Grand and Classen, just west of Flips and SW of Hahn/Cook all the way aroung the curve towards the new Pearls. All I can say is that there is nothing like this in the state. I think the principals involved will start releasing small bits of the project within 3-4 months.

I prefer the older, more historical developments, but this project will really improve this small pocket in that area.
