    ???

Warren88 "proved" Metro's previous post was incorrect ("Definitely won't find two dozen") and now you say "no more than 2 dozen is about right". Seems to be a disconnect there, but as Spartan said...LOL

2 dozen isn't 100+ larry, 24 (2 dozen is a lot closer to no more than 2 dozen) than 100+, which I knew was a big stretch.

No, it's not a big stretch. There are at least 100 residential units downtown that are valued over $500k. You can savor it as an opportunity to prove me wrong, but if you want to talk semantics, we can certainly talk semantics. I will defend my statement that residential units valued over $500,000 are not extreme outliers.

Over $1 million on the other hand would be. I would be surprised if there are more than 5 of those.

That's @ 2% of the downtown population with a $500K condo.
Ummm... just a tiny problem with your analysis. Realtor.com (which actually has 29 $500,000+ properties listed in the 73102 and 73104 zip codes) only lists properties FOR SALE. That shows us almost nothing about the total number in existence, except that it is surely WELL above 29.

Good god metro just be quiet. It seems you always turn regular threads into arguments just to feed your ego.
