lol. The Mayo Clinic having a hotel?

I can't speak to the Mayo Clinic but Integris Baptist has a hotel.

I'm not a lawyer but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express once.......

Whether they should collect and remit sales and hotel/motel taxes would depend on whether the Hotel is open to the general public or just for attendees of various conferences, etc the church is putting on. I'm sure they will argue that the hotel is a church function if the former. I'm also certain this will end up in court.
