I dined there often when I still lived there. We had talked about going there when we were back some time. I guess that should have checked this weekend.

As others said, weird location - when I first heard about it, I gave them 6 months there due to the location, they went a couple of months beyond that, but not surprised they couldn't make it in the end.

When will Holt ever give Jimmy's some love? Always see him posting about places he goes, but don't think he's ever given them the time of day! Jimmy's empire began during some pretty difficult times if I am remembering correctly...

All About Cha on N Western in Nichols Hills is gone, and is now the new home of Chae Cafe and Eatery.

Kind of bummed to be honest. This was my favorite Cha location.

Never went to it when it was All About Cha, but been twice since it's been Chae Cafe and both me and the wife have had wonderful food both times, so I'm the opposite of bummed about it...

Long John Silvers on NW Expressway around MacArthur.

Wow! That's a rare example of a fast food establishment I have good memories of through the years! They were there forever.

Growing up, it was like the fish spot near the lake. In later years, they were pretty solid, but they did drop off in quality toward the end.

BWWs on Danforth is a huge shock as well. They used to be kicking...and I still get that way regularly, and thought I saw a full parking lot. I'm rather surprised.

I think BWW is more of a strategic repositioning. They see that most of the growth in North OKC is happening along the Turnpike (i.e. Chisholm Creek, Shoppes at Quail Springs, Route 66 Landing, etc.), and it would make sense to develop locations with that growth in mind.

Yes, that just closed BWW will turn into a relocation further west.

I think BWW is more of a strategic repositioning. They see that most of the growth in North OKC is happening along the Turnpike (i.e. Chisholm Creek, Shoppes at Quail Springs, Route 66 Landing, etc.), and it would make sense to develop locations with that growth in mind.

Why not just build a new location and keep the one in West Edmond open? It would make sense if the Edmond location was underperforming, but from all exterior indications, the location was busy and well patronized.

If BWW was unsatisfied with the location (Rent, size, etc) a move to Kelly and Covell to build a new stand alone makes more sense to still serve North and West Edmond.
