They are already working on 2nd level of parking garage.
June construction pics recently uploaded...
Just drove by, the first two floors of parking garage are done, and they are wrapping up level 3 deck. It also appears on the NE corner of the garage, they have a stairwell mostly done 4 or so floors up.

Those are some nice update photos, thanks for posting them! This project is moving right along! Great to see! They are builsing on the site of one of my final projects in Architecture School back at OU. Funny enough my project was a parking structure that was wrapped with ground level retail and topped with housing. The only difference was that along the north facing street I had a row of high end brownstones for single family occupants.
Steel is starting to go up on the east side of the building. They are moving right along.

Many thanks to Pete and others for posting photos for the benefit of those of us not in OKC who like to keep track of progress. Looking good...
I have a few time lapse shots with Level in the foreground from yesterday and today.
Nice shot Pete. I can't wait to check out the finished product... hopefully with checkbook in hand ready to make my deposit.
I personally think this project has a chance to be outstanding and a real catalyst for the area.
Goodness, that entire area looks sooooo different then it used to back in mid 80's to 90's. Just wow.
In post #383 I see a parking lot with 11 cars in it that looks like a great location for something other than a parking lot.
This sucker is going up quick!
I drive by every day and think the same. That couple of blocks is going to have an incredible feel.

Wish we knew what was holding up the Aloft site.
The inebriate alternative is still in operation for some reason. I'm quite sure that's what is holding it up.
The new facility is at the corner of Virginia & Linwood. I saw pics of it somewhere and heard that they were practically moved in. I thought it was interesting that the current facility used to be the fire department for the Deep Duece area.
What is the alternative to "inebriate?" Personally, I think I prefer inebriate.
