I think they’re only resting SGA on back to backs. I’d imagine he’s playing against Toronto and Phoenix

Good call. SGA & Dort are natives of Canada. Both are listed as starters in tonight's game according to ThunderWire. https://okcthunderwire.usatoday.com/...-for-thursday/

OKC just can't get to that .500 hump. All these games are going to matter coming up, a couple games is going to determine fighting for your play-in spot versus being a 6th or 5th seed. This is the most parity I have ever seen in the NBA. Absolutely wild out in the west.
Looking at the schedule, the Thunder have a very tough week coming up. Clippers are rocking with Russ right now and we play them twice and Lakers all in LA. After that, we have an easier week before the final week gets very tough again.

Eclipsing that .500 mark Anonymous is the hurdle we can't seem to clear; however, looking at the standings we could make the play-in/playoffs or end in a position for another decent lottery pick.
Another lottery match comparable to Jaylen Williams (JDub), you could see a more experienced Thunder team with Chet (more height) coming aboard next season.
Got to give it up to Coach Mark Daigneault. he has the players buying in to team play.

Pelicans lose to Rockets tonight.![]()

It looks like Big Shai just dropped a 40 piece with a side of honey mustard on D. Book and The Suns.

Was at the game. Crowd was electric in the fourth quarter. Felt like a playoff game!
Thunder need to try and get more 2:30 Sunday/Saturday games next season.
Didn't attend the 2:30 matinee, the 17,897 (98%) listed attendance appears to be the largest Paycom Center crowd in the past two seasons in an arena that seats 18,203.
The Covid outbreak had a negative affect on attendance which came along during the Thunder's rebuild.
We know the City is working on putting together a new state-of-the-art arena. Oklahoma City will need to invest in a better arena with more total square footage and amenities to allow for a long term relationship with the NBA.
Predict brighter days ahead for the NBA in OKC. Hope the City will get input from the voters who supported a facility to bring a major NBA-NHL franchise to our city and the ownership group.

Here's an article from 2019 about the Lakers not hosting fans to start their 2019 season due to Covid-19 protocols.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/nba-cov...-without-fans/
right lots of teams didn't have fans to start that season ( because of the states they were in) but every single team in the league had fans at games that season ..
except for the Thunder .. (and in OKC they could have had fans at 100% of games that season) because of that they lost a bunch of season ticket holders ..
Everyone go to bed early - going to be a tough week of 930 starts!![]()
