I hate commercials. Once they enter your brain they never leave.

I know, NOW...Jewelry is a gift to give and it's a gift that will live and live so get the gift you know can't fail from B.C. Clark's Anniversary sale......NOW I WON'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP FROM HAVING THAT JINGLE GO THROUGH MY HEAD TONIGHT....

    How about:...For your dollar's best buy try TG&Y....T G & Y...

Or how about:..Hi Folks this is Tom Park coming at you from Lynn Hickey Dodge on N. May in Oklahoma City

    OR the epitomy:................I.......35.......NORMAN... .Thanks Brad....

Here's some good news for OKC!

Wanda Jackson is going to be inducted into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame!

I'm going to ask her this Sunday how a country sanger (not singer) made into
the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame.

Hey, I've bought something for Prunette (just about) every year from
    B.C. Clark's.

I went to White House - or something - and Helborg's but nothing compares
to the beauty of the diamond and stones at Clark's. I about fell over.
Yeah, they're a lot more, BUT, and it's a big but, you can take what you've
bought from Clark's and get at least what you paid for it. Everything is
    first class.

... now if only that STUPID jingle will leave my brain so I can go to sleep...

There is a show on Smithsonian Channel about her I saw last month called The Sweet Lady With The Nasty Voice.

    Calling all Old Timers.

I asked this question to Wanda Jackson a couple of months ago but the
answer has escaped my brain, or got tangled in the cobwebs.

For those of you who will admit it, on the Porter Wagoner Show there was a
funny guy who did a skit on a old crank telephone. His name was Shorty
something. I think it started with an "S" but I don't remember. I loved that
    part of the show!

    Who was he? C'mon Gen64!

    Yo Pruner,
I know who it was! It was Speck Rhodes! You dork! Where did you get
the name Shorty? What a dork. You ain't got no smarts at all. I'll bet you
    talk to yourself, too.

    What a dork...

Don't be calling me a dork unless you want to meet me in the Coit's
parking lot on the 28th. I teach you to call me a dork, you bald headed
    cue ball.

    Let's get it on!

Uh Yeah:....First of all Wanda started with Rock-a-billy. She went to Capitol Hill
High School also. She's a good friend as well as her husband and kids....

And yes, it was Speck Rhodes.....Kinda like Norma Jean (also a southsider) put out a song about life being lonely out on Dusty Roads......Whatever...'78 Bring your medical kit on the 28th...The problem is that Pruner is going to be a two (2) consecutive meetings and he doesn't know if he can handle the hot dogs that often.....
