I used to feel every quake when I officed on third floor of 1904 Miller-Jackson Building in Bricktown. The floor actually bounced a bit. Oddly though, the lady who worked for me at the time and whose office was 15 feet away almost never felt them. We could never figure out if it was because of the building's structure or because she had less sensitivity toward them. I leaned toward the latter, as I tend to have a high degree of situational awareness and she did not. I think personality type is a factor.
But now that I'm officing on the canal (basement) level, I rarely feel them at work anymore. About the most shaky place where I've spent significant time is on the third floor of Sycamore Square (The Haven). Extra-bouncy.
