^^ Nicely done by them.

Should not have have to happen that way, though.
This dragged out over months and put them way behind.
Planning Commission should be a facilitator; help people understand the rules, not make up new, arbitrary restrictions.
You go, OKC!
We are a growing city & metropolitan area. There will always be concerns about progress & growth.

They tell me the target opening date is the first part of April:
I went by yesterday and this just gets better and better looking. I can't wait to see it with the rooftop set up.
I have a very good feeling about this place.
They better by open by my April trip!
Hurry, hurry, hurry! I'll be there in four weeks.
From the TASK Design FB page:
Had a chat with these dudes on Sunday. They were so kind to give me a tour after asking for one on a crazy day like open streets. The setup is seriously cool. 2 bars, 2 floors, multiple zones, a good sized kitchen. A lot of DIY workmanship going on. That just exudes character and depth into the final product. We didn't get to talk too much about concept and decor, but I could tell from our conversation, their style, plus dedication to the project, and the street food they were serving that day: that these guys are going to be a awesome addition to the uptown entertainment district.
Any news on when they are planning to open? They have been silent on social media since 3/27.
Talked to the guys last week and they are shooting for early June.
BTW, I sampled food from their chef when I was in town and it was excellent.
I met the head chef, Patrick, yesterday while visiting the GM at Room 222. It seems Patrick was going to be the head chef at Room 222 until Guyutes contacted him. He has been going back and forth while Room 222 was looking for another head chef (which they have found).
Patrick says Guyutes is close. I cannot wait for them to open!
I caught up with the boys yesterday at the restaurant depot(that's a super secret buyers[sams] club for food retailers). They are shopping for equipment and talking final building inspections. They're definitely seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Can't wait for more action in uptown.
