Wow... I wish I could promise a certain level of work and then only half arse it, or maybe 1/4 arse it and still get paid...

An incredible waste of space. Never understood twisting the layout like that leaving what will be an empty plaza nearly all the time. There is a park with trees across the street if someone was looking where to eat their sack lunch. Even worse now that it has no interesting landscaping/hardscaping
Flower beds would be nice, but I don't mind the plaza. If I were working at BOK PP, I'd like the plaza to come out to and sit on for lunch or to do work outside.
I don't mind that change. When walking in urban areas, I prefer an easily-distinguishable, linear pathway.
Yeah I think the changes to the plaza itself were fine if not an improvement. If anything I am more bummed at the loss of the curb extensions and resultant lane reconfiguration.
At least it's got trees. Maps 4 should have some money set aside to work on the city's canopy.
It's off topic, but where a canopy would be nice is along the river. Also, seating like is along the Arkansas River in Wichita
. . .just wondering when/if landscape architects/designers get involved?? Is it possible that the first design was a "looks pretty" but when the rubber hit the road had to change to what is survivable/maintainable in the variable Oklahoma climate extremes?? Seriously asking. . .not trying to defend or troll. . . .
According to Steve at The Oklahoman, Enable Midstream is looking to move from Leadership Square to the BOK Plaza building. And, a Starbucks is opening on the ground floor.
Interesting.
They probably need some room to grow... Or could be using this as leverage for a better deal with Leadership Square.
They spent a ton of money on their current space not that long ago.
This would be great. I wonder if they will do joint signage with the BOK logo?
Maybe that's why the BOK logo is so comically small, room for some more logos up there.
FYI, Enable spent well over $2 million to improve that space at Leadership Square in 2014.
They probably have a 5-year lease with a bunch of options.
For them to consider making that move, they have likely been offered a heck of a deal.
Don't they work closely with Devon? If they do, I'd bet that could be why considering Devon is the Landlord of the property.
Devon is the landlord of BOK? Or you mean because of a sub-lease situation due to Devon being on the hook for all that BOK space?
The article said they currently park in the Santa Fe garage. Could their move out of that garage have something to do with Continental? Wasn't there some speculation about Continental buying Santa Fe, or did I dream that up?
