Not that is has any relevance to the thread but the owner of Manhattan was the US ambassador to the Vatican at one time. Thought that was very interesting.
Just traded tweets with Manhattan Construction and they said they should be finished in February -- still on track for a March 1 opening.
They gave a tour yesterday and here's a photo of one of the model rooms:
