    This property already looks way better than it has in decades.

    Can't wait for Midtown Renaissance to work their magic and get some great new tenants. I bet there ends up being at least one large patio.

    Remember when the Brown's building was Clyde's?
    Quite the modern building for its day.
    I remember the Gibson's! It was at 6th and Harvey on the SE corner.

    Hopefully they will power wash the roof. Lol. This can turn out to be a good little development if executed correctly. I am sure Midtown Investors have it worked out.

    I think all flat roof buildings look like that from above. Can't see it from the street.

    They have filed plans to rework the parking lot and landscaping. Looks like they left room for a couple of patios.
