While in class, one of the other idiots in my class shorted out the electric for half of Grant H. S. It was out for two weeks because they couldn't locate the fuse to that circuit. It was finally found in the tunnel under the school.
Neither did I, darn it! My reputation proceeded me.
Congress passed a law stating that I was unfit for breeding. Even the
senator from Chappaquiddick signed it!
A northsider dame wouldn't go there with me. Not even one from McGinnis!
Prunette wouldn't even go there with me and she slaps up along the haid
every time she thinks about it. I think Mom told her to do it.
Hey, why would a SE cheerleader know about the... OUCH! That hurt!
I must say that the lovely, morally superior and intelligent SE cheerleaders
knew about it only because of our despicable reputation, which of course,
was by word of mouth, the Daily Oklahoman and every parole officer
appointed to the southside.
Did I quote that right?
OUCH!
Yes, I did.
DOUBLE OUCH!
I'm going to remember this for a looooooong time!
OUCH! STOP IT! OWWWWEEEE...
I'll get back later...
Is that a gun?
That must be part of the House Resolution to not allow Prunepickers to
breed, or attempt to breed.
How come everyone, but me, knew that?
I'm going to go to bed and cry in my pillow. Afterwards, I'm going to see if
there are any northside broads who don't know me. Broads are intelligent
females from the southside of town who moved to the northside. At least
that's what they tell me. Mom won't let me talk to McGinnis girls. Mom's
very smart.
I know that because she tells me so.
Mom will probably ground me. I hate being grounded.
I- wonder what happened to all of grants band uniforms and football gear?
They are probably in the back of Gen '64's van, wouldn't you imagine?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
the old Band Uniforms were "Trashed"....The band Director told me he didn't want to ever see that crap again. Football Uniforms...some were kept, new were bought. However, I do have the last of the old Moore Band uniforms in the old Van.....Gottcha.............
I came across a site that sells Grant logo T-shirts, hats, etc. can't remember where it was but I'll try to find it and post. I would'nt mind having a hat and T-shirt myself.

Weird you say that, My Class reunion (45 years) is in July and as we speak I am attempting to find a "Good" price on caps and Hats.....I'll let you know...that web site is under the USGrant Alumni Association.....Chad Hester....
You might check with S & S textiles. on 23rd and WEstern. That is where we had all the Mount Shirts printed for the booster club. They also, have printed shirts for SE reunions. The girl that owns it is Soonergirl26 classmate
Hey Generals64, sorry to be so late but you know what is going on. If you need a source for Grand Alumni Hats, shirts and etc. We used Steve Maupin (Class of 67). He owns Inspiration Logos, Inc. You can contact him at info@insplogo.com or at 741-5646 tell I told you to call. He did a really good job on our reunion for the '67 greats.
Does amyone remember a biology teacher at Grant named Mrs. Stark? I thought she was hot in my soph. year of 68.
