After leaving an OU Health area appointment today, we just drove around to see what's going on. We found a lot of construction in the area of Harrison and Research Parkway. It was near the Contemporary Arts building. What's going on there? Thanks.

They have already dug down a good 8 feet and you can see the retaining walls going up.
