Yeah!!!
Are we sure these all are leased out? Like are we sure that Gap or Nike have actually signed the leases?
It looks like they did some dirtwork today! They have the area fenced off with the construction blue fencing.
I can't wait for this and Whole Foods to open! Shoes and food!
Question for whoever may be in the know:
- On the PDF the date at the bottom is October 25, 2006. Is it safe to assume much has changed since the original plan?
I want to believe that the site will look like that with those stores, but forgive me for being pessimistic.
A Brooks Brothers outlet? J&M?
Life is good!
Sigh... still no sign of Esprit or Club Monaco. : (
KB Toys is not even in business anymore, so I'm fairly certain they won't have an outlet store here. Same with Petite Sophisticate. Wilson's Leather sold its stores to PreVu (which declared bankruptcy a year or so ago), so I wouldn't expect them to open a new Wilson's Outlet. I wouldn't get too excited about this old site plan since the economic landscape has changed quite a bit since it was created.
Last year I was in the Brooks Brothers outlet in Allen, TX. The cashier asked where I was from and when I told her OKC she said we were supposed to be getting a Brooks Brothers outlet. For what its worth, it just might be true. I sure hope so.
I've heard saks, Nike, coach and gap are some that will be opening there.
I would like to see a Ralph Lauren. The best one hands down is in Branson. That's a long drive and I don't get there often. There is/was one in Allen,Tx, but not as good as the Branson location.
casual male xl said they are going to open up a outlet in the new outlet center, this source is from the employees of casual male xl on the south side of okc
here is a list of tenants to be in the mall according to the DOK

Very nice. I like.
I wonder if we'll see some restaurants pop up nearby for shoppers.
HOPEFULLY the design has changed...
