I think it should be fine. There are a lot of developments here in LA that are close by some really rough areas in south central that make NHP area look like Edmond. This will be a great infill project hopefully the final version will reinforce that statement.

On a somewhat related note, there is a new medical facility going in at Classen and Britton. I listed on the OKC Dev map.

They installed sidewalks this week all down Classen in front of this development...

For the people who mentioned the train tracks... I live at J Marshall Square and while I have adapted - they still drive me insane occasionally. I could not even begin to imagine living this close! I wouldn't.

I believe they will soon be starting on the eastern edge; more or less condos for automobile storage.

Thus far they have put in a lot of infrastructure, 2 small office buildings, 5 homes and the first phase of the garage condo project.

I know it's awfully close, but you can hear the trains all over Nichols Hills. It hasn't seemed to DQ anybody from purchasing homes in the 1100 block, where property values have skyrocketed in recent years.

Or the reasonable thing major cities do is grade separate train crossings.

Only way I see this being ultimately successful (on the residential front) is if they expand commuter rail north, and there is a stop in this vicinity.
