Former Lee Way/Dealers Auto Auction property

I drive by the Former Lee Way/Dealers Auto Auction property almost daily and have noticed that they have moved everything off of this lot and looks like it might be up for sale?

Any idea of what might be going in on this huge piece of property?

That was the Auto Auctions body shop. They did a ton of touch up and bodywork over there, mostly on newer vehicles. I asked a friend of mine in the auto auction industry, and he said that the dealers auto auction is hurting and bailed on that location due to lack of business.
