Once who leaves what old building?

Probably BOK once they consolidate most of their operations throughout OKC to this tower.

Edit: but, according to Laramie's last post, BOK will be occupying two buildings?

The original question is valid, BOK will be moving out of Kerr.

    Nice pick Kyle,

They should be ready for the crown to begin the top off. It appears as though they are finished with glass work.

    Yes, this is true.

But, I don't think they occupy much space there. Most their workers are coming from outside downtown and will be consolidated in this building.

Has anything noticeable happened with the construction of the crown in the last week Pete?

The top of this thing is taking a long time to build.

Of course, this isn't just a matter of duplicating the previous floors. It's not surprising.

BOK will have a branch in the lobby and some offices there, and will take the top 4 floors, consolidating the Commerce Center (Britton/May) employees and some other folks (possibly the mortgage group in Midwest/Del City).

As a Oklahoman living out of state, that picture is the first time I've seen the boulevard. Crazy how much of a difference that has created and will create.

I think what you're seeing is part of the mechanical boxes and machinery that are on top. I don't think they've done anything with the crown yet.

Steel _IS_ supposed to start going up for the crown starting this week so maybe some of that is going on?

I've spoken to someone I know at Hines. She told me that the mechanical equipment/elevators are going in now.
There is 3 stories of steel that has to be built up before they can even start on the crown.

They were originally hoping for an April completion date on that, but it's looking more likely that it will be towards the end of May.

Me too. Does anyone know exactly how the crown will be lighted?
