New 3 story office building directly across the street from Campbell Corner.

Property owner Larry Lambrecht has submitted plans for Commercial Site Plan approval
for a new three-story 30,000 square foot office/retail project to be located on the
southwest corner of Campbell and Broadway, 125 N. Broadway. The property is zoned
“CBD” Central Business District and is currently vacant. Mr. Lambrecht also owns the
property immediately to the west of the alley which will be developed as a parking lot for
the office/retail project.
