Shops and Spring Creek-Edmond

Approved by the city council last night was a planned 250,000 square foot (commercial only) expansion of the existing Spring Creek Shopping Center with 3 levels of luxury apartments to be built above (square footage to be determined). Amenities are believed to include a boutique movie theater and high-end grocery. Subsurface parking is included to accommodate the parking needs of the residential component. An interesting product mix for Edmond.
