I noticed foundation work between the conoco station and apartments at 150/Penn. I looked into this and it's a new Chicken Express.

Just another fast food restaurant in this already busy area. Any work on penn to add lanes or even a center turning lane in the works?

This location seems to have stalled. Seems like it has been framed for months

The Zaxbys on Rockwell started after this I think and it's almost finished!

I've seen workers out there but just surprised the exterior has been exposed so long. It's showing signs of being exposed wood for a long time if you look real close.

Obviously something has gone not as planned

Can the city do anything on a situation like this where a half built building starts becoming an eye sore?

This might be the longest I've seen a fast food joint take to get their building up.
