They really did a nice job all around on this project.

    Great addition to lower Classen.

When you have to really scrutinize to tell whether it's an old building or new construction, then you know it's done well! So impressive.

A very small part of it.

They did a handful of streets around St. Anthony as well.

    Great photo from CloudDeck Media...

Shows off lots of newish projects in that area as well as this great building.

Owned by Midtown Renaissance and I know they will do something high quality eventually.

Directly across Classen from there is another lot with the proposed mixed-use project by Shyon Keoppel.

I was referring to the lot right across the street that currently has a billboard on it. The MR lot is at 13th, correct?

Pete - this isn't thread and I'm not trying to hijack - but the buildings across from FatDog on 11th and Western look like they've been undergoing a reno. Any idea what's planned for that area?

I remember when this lot was going to get a CVS. Still think somewhere on Classen would be perfect for a Walgreens or CVS.

And agree this building looks fantastic!
