Sales Tax Election

Interesting. I would like to see the Lake Arcadia Trail funded better. They said they will be raising private funds for a lot of it and if they can, great, but if they can't, I would like to see some funds devoted to the entire loop.

This may be a good time to mention again, the city does NOT, contrary to popular belief, received any monies or funds from real estate property taxes. The city receives most of its operating funds from the sales tax. So I guess you could say... if you like what you are currently seeing and getting... keep the current sales tax. If you don't like the way the city is spending money, talk with your City Council representative.
