Season low for turnovers - 6.
Any idea what 50 cent and Holyfield were doing in town? Seems kind of random.
50 Cent was here to promote Effen Vodka, in which he owns an interest. He did an appearance at Byron's. Holyfield was here for a fight night event. He actually attended the past two Thunder Games. OKC Fight Night
I know almost nothing about 50 Cent but he left the game a little early with a large entourage and walked up the aisle right next to my section. He did seem friendly enough and slowed down to wave to people who were taking pictures of him. A lot different than the experience of lil Wayne coming to a Thunder game.

What do you think?
Satisfied with current brand that has grown on me over the years. If it is changed to black & gold with the feather in the K in OKC; it's okay. Indian heritage is apart of our heritage.
The black & gold was depicted with Kevin Durant in an NBA Oklahoma City Barons' uniform before the Thunder name was finalized.
Many of our popular minor league franchises & OCU collegiate team used Indian & bird related names- mascots:
Oklahoma City Warriors 1933 (Stockyard Coliseum) American Hockey Association
Oklahoma City Indians 1951 (Holland Park) Texas League (AA baseball).
Oklahoma City Chiefs 1944-99 (Frederickson Fieldhouse) NCAA I (basketball)
Oklahoma City Plainsmen 1967/1968 (Taft Stadium) PFLA/Continental Football League (semi pro football)
Oklahoma Redhawks 1998-2008, Oklahoma City Redhawks 2009-14 (Bricktown Ballpark) PCL (AAA baseball)
Thunder as a Thundering herd of Bison could make that transition.
"Thunder higher-ups hoped fans would think of two things when they heard the name -- storms and rapmaging bison -- but they didn't want to commit visually in either direction"
While I like the new colors, the logo presented wouldn't accomplish the mission either.
Well the Thunder fan in me likes what I see but the Jayhawk in me cringes at the thought of wearing anything black and gold.... /shudder
Not bad. This other Re-Brand is cool too:

Jake,
That's a much better transition that could be made for the re-branding; like that coordination of the raging bison, thunder bolt and court logo. Especially the K in OKC on the jersey--looks great. Wish they could add a little color to the court logo. Great skeleton plan; hope they can go with the green light on this.
Great, we can keep those current orange/black OKC jerseys for throw back. Westbrook's a perfect model.
Add some color like an orange or brown buffalo and a basketball colored state.
This has an NFL Buffalo Bills flavor of which I'm okay with that.
I hate the feather thing. Reinforces old stereotypes about Oklahoma City. Yes, it was a part of our heritage, but it doesn't have to be associated with OKC's biggest brand.
I think this was the inspiration.
Hate the "K" in the above on Westbrook, looks exactly like the Nazi SS logo.
Good game against the Mavs. I think I like the squeakers better than the blowouts. Harder on my insides though.
^^^^^^
Winning squeakers demonstrates a toughness that heretofore has been absent in the Thunder. I don't want to get carried away, but with this win streak you're starting to get the sense that they may finally be gelling.
