I thought LA Fitness in Moore was getting it's own site? They're going to buy Fitness One and rename it LA Fitness???

Yes Fitness One is brand new and has not open its about 45000 square feet. They dicided that they could not complete with LA Fitness planning to build across the street They suppose to close on sale in June 1.LA Fitness may do a little remodeling to add basketball court and racket ball court. Go to Fitness One Moore Facebook page and they give a little details about what going on.

Drove by LA Fitness they are repainting the outside they remove Fitness One logo from the building also down the street the sign for LA Fitness is coming has been remove. I expect the deal between Fitness One and LA Fitness to close in about 30 days. LA Fitness ask for a extention on the close June 21, in order to repaint the outside and repair some AC units on the top of building because of tornado.

Yes the location in Moore hopefully the close in one month. and then open a month after they do the presale.

Edmond location now listed on LA Fitness website as a new club coming. I guess the Moore gym will be listed after they close on the sale of the building.

The La fitness in Moore, changed names about a month ago....

Yeah, there was a thread on this around Thanksgiving. At least the Edmond club, 24 Hr Fitness is taking an under performing club, raising rates, pissing off existing members and doing no upgrades, while doing no advertising for new years. So I don't see them doing very well. It is a shame since I was member at LA Fitness for month before they opened until they switched.

I think because I was technically on a national plan, 24-hr fitness didn't get my information, and they refused to honor my contract even though I had a copy of it. And they wanted me to pay a new initiation fee. So I decided to move on.

The La fitness in Moore, changed names about a month ago....

The conversion in Moore was a nightmare for several weeks but things are back to normal now aside from the whole not being open 24 hours yet lol
