Ram Jack Foundation Repair is good. My brother and I have both used them with excelent results. In both cases, steel piers were used on perimeter walls on both our houses. At our shop, we had a pad settling issue, and a company came out and injected expanding foam under the slab to raise it back into position. I don't remember who they were, but I'll try to find out.
highly likely, it's a 7-8 year old hood. what out in NW OKC wasn't farmland prior? i think you're trying to go too deep here. i can tell you the next phase of our hood started to be developed shortly after we moved in (not actual home building, but dirt work, streets cut, utilities laid). I know that likely contributed to some of this.
Farmland seems to be one of the biggest contributors to foundation failure, I'm sure you're not the only one in the neighborhood that's experiencing it. I've seen several subdivisions with catastrophic failures, the number one thing in common was farmland. I hope your builder is standing behind it and fixing it at his expense, the good ones do... But I have seen a few walk away and do nothing. Ram Jack does a great job BTW, a customer of mine used them on over 40 homes in one subdivision where the foundations failed.... It damn near broke him, but he did the right thing and fixed them all..
I cant vouch for RamJack, also invest in a soaker hose.
We great luck with Power Lift. Great people. Awesome work.
