Great name for this development. Looks a bit small, but I suppose that's fine for now.

Agree with putting a Spokies out here at Farmer's Market. Would really like to see biking pick up downtown as it's a super efficient way of travel, and the more people doing it, the more infrastructure we will get to increase functionality.

In response to those saying that it's hard to know the menus at Bleu Garten before going should check out the app Truck It OKC. It tells you where all the food trucks in the metro are as well as which ones are at BG on any given day.

I was also curious whether or not this place will be able to serve alcohol? I don't see any sort of fences in the renderings.

This project was approved by design review and should start moving forward pretty quickly, as they want to be open at the beginning of summer.

Here is another image that shows the 1931 pickup they plan to have out front and use for signage:

Love it. Great compliment to Powerhouse, to which I'm currently addicted.

I bet it won't be long before we start to see some live outdoor music or even DJ's in this area.

It's a perfect setting and not a single neighbor to complain (at least on evenings and weekends).

I could see live bands in the parking lot south of Power House and throwing the overhead doors open on those buildings to the east and having some DJ's spin. You could easily close off 2nd street in that little stretch for events, and of course you have the entire Farmer's Market building which is perfect for larger, indoor shows.

And plenty of parking all around.

Great! I was wondering when this would take off as Power House is easily my favorite bar in OKC these days.

Is the Airstream an office, a kitchen, converted to restrooms, or simply an expensive bit of decoration?

I believe it belongs to the Urban Agrarian next door.

ID:	11718At 3rd and Exchange east of the Framers Market ,sits an old abandoned gas station, how cool would it be to put in a badass BBQ restaurant, something like you'd see in Austin or Ft.Worth ? , if I only had the money.........

It's been since this time last year. But the old timer that owns that gas station doesn't appear to have any interest in selling. Talking about selling. Or even answering letters or phone calls.

I believe the people that own it are the Dookeen's ,they are probably just waiting for the price to get high enough.

What's the update on this? Surely they have to be done by now.

Not completely finished but no reason for them to hustle until the springtime.
