From their Twitter feed... As someone else mentioned, when you see this site in person only then can you appreciate what a big difference it will make in the immediate area:

    Wow, thanks.

Really moving now. Will be cool to watch this take shape and create some much-needed mass along Classen.

Is that probably LIFT in the background of the first picture? Didn't occur to me until just now but I should have swung around and taken a few shots of it, too. Then again, looking at its thread (thank you automatic wiki links), we have some recent pictures from Kerry from April.

    Yes, that's LIFT.

Also, The Frank is under construction directly east.

It is surprising what a difference this building makes along Classen. By giving Classen a street wall it suddenly feels like you're still in Downtown.

After years of driving by a big empty lot (with sad Dollar Store) the impact of this building surprises me every time.

The jump in density in this area is one of the more exciting things happening in downtown development right now.

I took this yesterday... You can see this project, the Frank and LIFT all at once:

Is this going to be a potential entry point site for the Syrian refugees coming to OKC? Serious question, not trying to go off on a tangent.

Maybe? Oklahoma had 0 refugees in October, if I recall correctly (saw it from Fox 25 I think)... I don't think were an entry point to begin with.

If you're thinking about the Paris attacks being done by Syrians, think again.

Guys, relax. Those folks will go in the 300-unit Syrian Refugee Camp going up across the street...

I don't mind the refugees and honestly welcome them.

Oklahoma has accepted a total of three Syrian refugees so far, they were placed in Jenks with family that already lived there.

To both Tundra and PluPan, thank you. The Syrianophobia is ridiculous and just pathetic small-minded thinking, sadly ramping up hysterically...

Now you know that Oklahoma's moneyed neocon interests will avoid Jenks like the plague... Oh wait... Jinx!

Anyway, back to the topic of the thread.

I like this building so much more than Sunbeam's new campus. It feels much more urban and fitting for its setting.

I'm okay with Sunbeam minus the roof, but can you imagine how awesome this stretch of Classen would have been if they had done something similar?
