I heard today that the owners of this space are not entertaining any offers to lease from retailers and are insisting on an office use. Weird.

I know that several of the businesses in the First National concourse would love to relocate here, and have tried and been rebuffed. It is just sitting empty right now. Seems very strange.

There is a tenant. And yeah, the no restaurants or retail thing was apparently true and a bummer if so. I would have loved to see Golden Dragon move there.
