With perfect weather Saturday night, how was the crowd?
Not near what opening week was, but still about what last years crowds were (4,000+).
As far as the game, I thought we were gonna roll them up early, but then we continued our tradition of giving up SOFT goals and not converting open chances.
Also, the ref was a little too lenient. We have had that guy red our COASL games and for us he is great because he lets us play and does t call very little thing, but for this level that lets things get out of control and that came to head in the second half. Still though, we have to take advantage of chances when they are there.

Great crowd last night despite the competition throughout the city along with the Arts Festival:
Saturday, April 25 activities:
Oklahoma City Dodgers - 10,828
Oklahoma City Energy FC - 4,383
Oklahoma City Barons - 2,135
Oklahoma City Arts Festival
Preparation for OKC Memorial Marathon
Norman Music Fest also
Fassler Hall had special beer on tap, too, I believe
"Oklahoma Girl" was at The Purple Loft Art Gallery
"Husbands, Wives and Lovers", an exhibit of artwork by Norman-based artist, Mary James Ketch in which she creates a series of paintings that question our current behavior and how it reflects our future desires, was at The Project Box
Borchard was probably there wearing St Louis garb.
He has managed to manipulate some you guys; not hijack the thread. Notice how cleverly he posted 3 consecutive replies before anyone reacted. Tell me he's not engaged in the game? The local hunger is there. The conversation is what he has hijacked...
Don't give up on him; Borchard loves soccer. Give him time...
As long as he's posting on this thread; it wouldn't surprise me that he's slowly and skillfully putting his dislike aside that he has for the Funks for the betterment of the game he so loves.
Or the guy was being a straight up jackass.
What the hell is happening.
