Memorial Springs

Someone had posted about construction starting across from Chisholm Creek, and it's for the first phase of Memorial Springs.

The southeast corner of Memorial and Western has long been owned by a local physician and he is leading a group to develop two three-story medical office buildings. There is a $7.9 million building permit for the first 60,000 square foot structure.

I believe plans for the remainder of the property will be more commercial/retail rather than office.

Pete, I'm pretty sure the new Psych hospital is going to be built right behind these medical buildings as well.

I just remember seeing it on the council agenda a few months back and it was being praised for adding to the much needed room count for the city. Let me look it up on the city plans.
