Be good in the motorhome or fifth wheel. Most people in this state don't live in efficiency apts where that would be popular.

The best use I see for it is some grandparents not wanting bunk beds in their spare room for the grand kids. They can have it tucked away and then open it up when the grand kids come for an overnighter.
