That intersection is prime for a renaissance. The center on the NW corner where the Ross used to be is ready now for new business. The NE corner is ready to be freshened up. Look for example on 2nd/Bryant in Edmond where the Panda Express and Qdoba are. Dig up a picture of how that spot used to look before it was redone. Total change. That is what that NE corner could use.
