5-Story Building on Campus Corner

Walking to the game last Saturday I noticed a large building going up in the middle of Campus Corner. Does anyone know what it is going to be?

It is going to be a pizza/lounge/bar concept. The owner is Pete Wilson, the same person who owns Top of the World and Benvenuti's Ristorante.

It will occupy all 4 floors from what I understand. Not sure how the space will be split up.

I saw that when I was in town for the OU/TN game this fall and was wondering the same thing.

Correct. They demolished the old ToTo's building and are starting from scratch.
