Pete, not to take this thing too far off topic, but what do you think could be the next announcement for this development? I would think hotel or office space, but you are more in the know than I am.

I know they are working on a large up-scale apartment deal.

In that development, I would hope it would be urban looking. Thanks for the info Pete.

It's a nice pile of dirt anyway, Plupan.

yeah, out of all the piles of dirt I've seen in my life, this ranks up there. I like the pile of dirt that used to be sitting on the 635 project in Dallas better though

This will be nice. I'm glad I won't have to go down to Bricktown to shop at a decent outdoors store.

Crane was up and running on the site as of this morning.

I've driven by the Cabala's on I-35--somewhere around Fairibou (sp?) MN at least a dozen times and have never stopped. Perhaps due to a visit to the Slowest Burger King in the World in Albert Lea, about an hour south of there. I must admit that a sip of a Blizzzard, at the DQ in Cambridge was refreshing, yet . . . somehow the Big Deal eludes me.

It's in Owatonna or Medford. I've only been in that one and the one in KC. I like the one in Minn better. Much nicer then Bass Pro. Also if you are in the area, in Faribault, there is one of the oldest woolen mills that dates to just after the civil war. They make blankets and other stuff. It went out in '09 but a handful of employees have brought it back in the last year or so. If you want nice Made in the USA blankets stop into there outlet at the factory. Also there is a blue cheese operation in caves along the river. You can buy the blue cheese at Sprouts in Edmond and most likely the other ones in the OKC area. Also if you go my Medford, there is a small outlet mall that is one step from dead. There is a Pendelton and Eddie Bauer outlet store in there. Check out the excellent prices there. They have both men's and ladies wear. I bought a $159 skirt for $35. Anyway if you are still up there, enjoy.

It's coming right along. Is that the hospital in the background? I thought it was opened?

There were tons of cars in the parking lot. I didn't see if it was officially open or not.
