Thread: Unfinished Wood Store

  1. #1

    Default Unfinished Wood Store

Does anyone know if there are any unfinished wood stores around? My wife and I have been looking for a storage cabinet to put in our dine in kitchen and are wanting something that's solid and will last. We thought maybe getting something unfinished and painting to our liking might be best.

Used to be one at Western and Memorial, just north of the Shell station. Don't know if it is still open.

There was one on NW 39th across from SNU in Downtown Bethany forever, not sure if it is still around.

Isn't an "Unfinished Wood Store" essentially a forest?
(sorry . . . i simply had a fleeting memory of an old Sierra Club ad.)

This store is the one that moved to the location referenced by Rover years ago. It has been so long since I have been up to Western and Memorial I couldn't say if it is still around.

If I recall correctly there is/was one on the north side of SW 44th about Walker Ave.

I can give you the contact info for the cabinet maker our builder used for our house. He does custom jobs all the time besides doing new home woodwork. Quality of his work is 1st rate.

Try Wardwood. They do a lot of the cabinet work for ideal homes.
