    Mentioned earlier about my brother who is a local artist. He has approached the city about projects, but they seem to over look him. However, the city of Del City has discovered his talent and the Edmond Sun featured the $1.6 million project he is the artist for and him on the front page of today's paper. Really would love for his former city to use a true local artist. UCO grad?s Women?s Veteran Monument to be dedicated in Del City - The Edmond Sun: Lifestyles

    This thing is actually quite awesome! Was NOT expecting is too look as cool as it does. Very cool feature fronting the street. You simply CANNOT miss seeing it.

    Where is the statue? Don't see a mention of where the statue is situated. I live on the SW edge of Edmond and don't drive up into the main part of Edmond much, I'd like to take a look at the statue myself.
