    Very excited for this project and all of the retail/restaurant tenants coming to town.

    They have already began clearing trees from the site. Only two weeks after passing the TIF.

    All the store space in that area seems to be rented, so wouldn't be surprised if the small strip mall Academy will be in will do well.

    Bad idea. Stillwater does not need to be wasting incentives to make Perkins Road even worse.

    True. The traffic flow on N. Perkins Rd. really got slowed down when the city did a favor for the new Aldi's store by putting in a traffic light for them. It would be better if the next big project is on W. 6th where the car dealers are.
