Since building permit prices are tied to the cost of the job, permit applicants can be known to list a project as cheaper than it really is.

Also, building permits do not include the cost of land and furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Often, the building permit only represents about one-half to two-thirds of the total project cost.

The only work I have seen is for the infrastructure/new roads for the entire development.

I visited one of these recently and had a great time. Never played golf in my life. This will be a fun place to go in OKC.

Maybe Manhattan construction will provide webcam access soon. Their website does show webcams to various projects their working on. (No OKC Topshot Golf site yet, though).

Manhattan Road & Bridge is doing dirt work and streets out there I believe, but each individual building project will have it's own general contractor (Top Golf's is someone different, don't have the plans near me now).

Oh ok. I just assumed they were doing it since the sign went up around the same time Topshot broke ground.

Another thought is that it could just be a security camera.
