Hollywood screen legend Lauren Bacall has died of a stroke.

She was also at home on the Broadway stage winning the second of her two Tony Awards for this role in "Woman of the Year"

Big fan here of Bogey and Bacall. Lauren Bacall was a class act all the way. She was beautiful, she was a great actress, she was intelligent, and she had a big heart. Great stories in her books. She will be missed. Two legends in two days.

I'm so overwhelmed with deep personal sadness at Robin Williams' personal choice regarding how to deal with the multitude of contemporary current events . . . and other stuff . . . that I forgot to give a tip o' the respectful hat t' Ms. Bacall..... would it be appropriate to put one's lips together and blow (like in the movies?) nah . . . only Mr. Bogart can do that.
