For anyone that doesn't know, this area is beautiful. Went and drove around the lots and this will have some awesome views. Hopefully the houses will be somewhat decent quality.

we live next to it now, so we drove thru it the other day as well. Beautiful lots, hopefully Dodson doesn't put crap houses on them. It does have some amazing views in there.
use to play softball just south of this development.. between it and the water treatment plant. .MMMM sure smells great on a summers day. that will not be pleasant.

Actual names may be worse than original names. "Twister Trail" "Whirlwind Way"
I like it when new housing developments incorporate the landscape and mature trees that were already there. I wonder if they will do that on this development. Cookie cutter tract close together housing developments just plow away the mature trees which is a shame.
Developers still do this on residential and commercial properties and I Just don't get it. The Chisolm Creek development now under way on NW 178th East of Western had numerous mature trees on it when the original home was demolished and the land scraped clear of all trees.
It is nice in the area of Thunder Canyon. It does have beautifull views now, but when the addition become full, the only views inside the addition will be of roof tops.
