The old FOx and Horn Building on South Western

I just heard that the building on South Western that used to be the Fox and Horn will be demolished soon, does anyone have any info on this?

that's 6501 s. western... i didn't see anything in okc's online permit search website. -M

Also, it has not been recently sold -- same owners since 1991.

Someone posted on another site that there mom works there and the building was recently sold and they were given 2 weeks to be out and the building was going to be demolished. So I came here to see if anyone had anymore info on it. This has been an OKC icon building for many years.

It's possible it could be under contract; the sale only shows up on the County Assessor's site once it's closed, plus about a week.

I also know someone who works in the hair salon in this building. They were supposed to be given a one month notice to vacate, but were given two weeks. They were told it was scheduled for tear down.

It would make a nice animal hospital. Epically if it worked a capture, neuter and spay and release programs.
