I am still trying to find a restaurant in OKC that knows what a Crab Louis/Louie is.

To the OP, I recommend Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse (click thru for seafood menu).

Note: available with or without filet:

Most probably don't know it but Chows on 30th and May have a lobster dinner that's very reasonably prices. And it appears to be fresh too, as they have a live lobster tank in the restaurant.

Word On The Street has it that the last place you want to go
to enjoy Lobster is any place that has Lobster
in the name, especially if it ain't local.

    (it implies chain restaurants)
(the next worst thing to the crustaceans
imprisoned by Homeland in convenient cesspools)

Another Rumor (on the street) has it that this place is just up the street from Love Shack . . .
(which actually consists of a gasoline powered vehicle with a powerful heat source for grilling or boiling . . . =)

If they can't provide you with Authentic Maine Lobster, done to perfection,
You might settle for this? . . . mebbe? =)

It's good that Braums doesn't mention ice cream in their name.

Yet . . . Somehow I imagine . . . That even the [imaginary] Braum's Dairy Store . . . within easy walking (or bicycling=) distance . . . of The Center Of Convenience and Taste . . . could somehow figure out something along the lines of that fake crabmeat stuff (resembling Real Lobster), here in the center of this general place as far removed from where lobsters actually exist, naturally, and partner with Sonic and Loves to make it real. =)

The most courageous man in the world was the man who decided Lobster was worth eating.
The next most courageous dude was the one who challenged the myth regarding tomatoes.
(or was that cranberries? I forget.)

Clarification: I love the taste of lobster. I would like to have one off of a boat. The ones on display, behind glass, drowning in their own excrement, in a tank, remind me of that disgusting episode of The X-Files involving that "Fluke Dude" . . .

    Eat Local:

"If you don't live within walking distance of the seashore, buy your seafood frozen."

Honorable Mention: The first person to Milk a Cow. What was going through that person's mind as they watched a newborn calf...
