Some new renderings of this project. Building permit is filed and should be approved soon.

Work should be starting very soon on this project; probably in about two weeks.

Heck yes. Cannot wait. This project will help raise the bar for creative design in Oklahoma. Shipping containers are a very progressive statement for Deep Deuce, and this will definitely be an eyebrow raiser. Let's get this show on the road!

    This site is still quiet.

Yes, the construction trailer from Aloft is still sitting on the site. I wonder when they'll remove it.

The trailer is not from Aloft, its from Mosaic.

If that's the case, it's not going anywhere soon.

I noticed tonight that the fence they had up is down now.

I hope they get going and move fast, otherwise they are going to completely miss the summer.

It may already be too late for that but I'm hoping this style of construction means they can get everything up and running quickly.

You would think a lot of it could be done offsite and then simply assembled.

Also, Richard owns other land in Deep Deuce to which the construction trailer could be relocated.

Right, but they still have to grade the land, lay foundations and hardscape, run utilities, hook everything up and then get all the necessary inspections and permits.

    They need to get going.

Time is dwindling for me to enjoy a beer while my dog harasses much larger dogs....

C'mon now. Knit your dog a sweater and wear some mittens and a beanie while drinking your beer. Don't be a quitter.

For a pop-up type concept, this is taking quite a bit of time to "pop".

Just learned they expect to start site work in about 2 weeks (I know, I know -- heard this two weeks ago) but they've already done a lot of work on the containers.

I believe there has been delays with the building permit for some reason.

My wife has a wide array of winter clothing for the dog.

The Mosaic trailer has been removed and it looks like some dirt work has started.
