Thoughts and prayers sent your way
Dennis, condolences to all who have been close to her.
You as well as family are in my prayers this morning.
My prayers for all of you.
I will pray for you all, as well. God can do anything--and when He chooses not to, He can comfort anyone.
UPDATE: The ventilator has been removed. Rebecca is surrounded by her family right now.
Prayers and heartfelt thoughts to you and your son and the rest of her family.
IN MEMORY OF "REBECCA JOY MITCHELL (TUCKER)". This is from Rebecca's childhood and life long friend...
"At 4:20 AM, Becky was called Home to be with our Lord. Her children by her side...she is at peace. No longer tired...now completely healed and restored...she is walking with Jesus and once again reunited with her parents. She use to tell me "Sis, if I ever go first ...I'll share an inside view with you of what heaven is like...someway..somehow". I'll be waiting Bec...for that tug on the shoulder my friend. Thank you to all for your prayers, love, friendship and support. Please continue to keep Becky's children and family on your prayer list...it's needed now more than ever.
I love you Becky...my first best friend in this earthly life. Until we are reunited again...Soar my Sister...Soar. God Bless"

Becca...Thank you for Jacob. You were a loving, kind and unselfish Mother. You are loved! Dennis.
One of Rebecca's favorite songs...

I would like to share one more song...
Well, I'm tired and so weary, but I must travel on
'Til the Lord comes and calls me away, oh, yes
Where the morning's so bright and the Lamb is the light
And the night is as bright as the day, oh, yes
There will be peace in the valley for me some day
There will be peace in the valley for me, oh, Lord, I pray
There'll be no sadness, no sorrow, no trouble I see
Only peace in the valley for me, oh, yes
Well, the bear will be gentle and the wolves will be tame
And the lion shall lay down by the lamb, oh, yes
And the beasts from the wild shall be led by a little child
And I'll be changed, changed from this creature that I am, oh, yes
There will be peace in the valley for me some day
There will be peace in the valley for me, oh, Lord, I pray
And there'll be no sadness and no sorrow, no trouble I see
Only will be peace in the valley for me, oh, yes
Yes, there will be peace, sweet peace in the valley for me, oh, yes
Mom and Son (Rebecca and Jacob)...
"Heaven Song" (Phil Wickham)
You wrote a letter and You signed your name
I read every word of it page by page
You said that You’d be coming, coming for me soon
Oh my God I’ll be ready for You
I want to run on greener pastures
I want to dance on higher hills
I want to drink from sweeter waters
In the misty morning chill
And my soul is getting restless
For the place where I belong
I can’t wait to join the angels and sing my heaven song
I hear Your voice and I catch my breath
‘Well done my child, enter in and rest’
Tears of joy roll down my cheek
It’s beautiful beyond my wildest dreams
I want to run on greener pastures
I want to dance on higher hills
I want to drink from sweeter waters
In the misty morning chill
And my soul is getting restless
For the place where I belong
I can’t wait to join the angels and sing…
I want to run on greener pastures
I want to dance on higher hills
I want to drink from sweeter waters
In the misty morning chill
And my soul is getting restless
For the place where I belong
I can’t wait to join the angels and sing
No, I can’t wait to join the angels and sing my heaven song
So sorry to hear this Dennis. Sorrow, grief, and loss are God's way of telling us this Earth is not our final home.
My deepest condolences. May peace be with you. God Bless
