Thanks Will!
That garage (white building in the back of the property) must be set to come down very soon.
Demolition well underway:
I believe they have the whole lot torn out now. It's all dirt.
This is from 1/27
10th Street between Walker and I-235 has become quite the hub of activity. There is Fassler Hall/Dust Bowl, The Marion and this project, the two buildings on the North side of Broadway and Duncan's Bindery. Am I forgetting anything?
I wish we were laying streetcar tracks! Soon, hopefully though, using city staff definition of soon.

Walls going up:
Good progress here. Thankst to catch22 for the pix.
I bet they start moving much quicker now:
Suddenly, this structure is going up very fast (thanks to Urban Pioneer for the photos):
This garage has made significant progress in the last couple of days. Will try to snap some photos today.
This is going up crazy fast. The photos don't tell the story.
Yes, 10th street has been closed between Robinson and Broadway the last two days as the east section of the garage is being built. The construction crane is in the middle of the street. Judging with how fast this thing went up in the last week I would think it won't be there much longer.
I drove by last weekend and it looks like it could be finished within a month.
New photos please!!
Thanks to CCOKC for these... The structure is almost completely up:
Drove by today. It has topped out and has the American flag flying up top. I really makes for a great street wall.
According to the sign at the intersection 10th will be closed between Robinson and Broadway until the 31st of May.
That's not very long..maybe a week.

Their FB page just posted this photo and said the street will re-open on the 29th:
